The process of buying music
When you find music you like you can add songs in your "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "add to cart" button.
Check out and Pay for Music:
Step#1. Open your shopping cart .
Step#2. Make sure you have all the music you want to purchase in your cart. Make corrections if
necessary and click checkout.
Step#3. You will be redirected to the payment confirmation page. Confirm your interest to proceed
with purchase and click the "continue" button.
Step#4.If you want to pay by credit card choose the first option.
You will be redirected to Egnatia Bank where you will
will be asked to
supply your credit card details.
After your payment is completed, you will be redirected back to us, to download your music.
To Download Your Music:
Click the "Download" button.
Click " Save" (not "Open") when the File Download box appears.
Select a folder to store music. (i.e. My Music).
When the download is complete, play the song.
What music format do music downloads come in?
Music Downloads are 192-bit WMA files. WMA files allow record companies to protect their music via DRM (Digital Rights Management). This means that your music downloads are legal and secure.
What happens if my computer's connection fails during a download?
You must download the entire song again. Just follow the instructions for downloading
How many times can I download a song?
If for some reason your download is interrupted or a song does not download completely, you may
download a song up to 2 times after the purchase.
If for some reason your download fails both times, you must contact us at: custservice@downloadmusic.gr to reactivate your download link .
How many days do I have to download a song after I purchase it?
You must download a song within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, the song file will no longer
be available for you to download.

Windows Media Player 9 (or later).

Speakers and sound capability
Payment with a valid credit card
Connection to the Internet.
Other Settings
These settings are already appropriately set for most users. If you are experiencing problems with your visit to downloadmusic.gr, please make sure the following settings are configured inside Internet Explorer:
Enable cookies:
Your privacy settings in Internet Explorer need to be set to accept first-party cookies.
You can change this privacy setting this way: On the menu, go to Tools-> Internet Options -> click the Privacy tab -> click the Advanced button -> check "Override automatic cookie handling," and then choose to "Accept" First-party Cookies.
Choose "enable/prompt" for some security settings:
These security settings are usually set appropriately for this activity by default. If you have adjusted your settings, you can change these security settings in Internet Explorer this way:
On the menu, go to Tools-> pull down to Internet Options-> click the Security tab-> click the Custom Level button. Where you have the radio button set to "disable" you will need to choose either "enabled" or "prompt" as appropriate, for the following items:
ActiveX controls and plug-ins-> Download signed ActiveX controls: choose "enabled" or "prompt"
ActiveX controls and plug-ins-> Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: choose "enabled"
Scripting-> Active Scripting: choose "enabled"
