CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Service begins a soon as songs begin being downloaded from dowloadmusic.gr and customers to not have the right to withdraw from the contract once services have begun.
TECHNICAL PROCEDURE
You can buy songs from downloadmusic.gr using the Shopping Cart, which allows you to check your purchases and change them before the order is sent.
PAYMENT METHODS
downloadmusic.gr accepts credit and charge cards, for which it obtains approval from the bank of issue with regard to the total value of the order. Purchases are charged to the card at the moment of sale.

DIGITAL MUSIC FILES-DOWNLOADING
Digital Music Files (songs and other music) as well as accompanying graphics (images, covers, photographs, etc.) are the exclusive property of the providers of the Material to the Legal Beneficiary, (the Record Companies) who have granted the Legal Beneficiary the right to sell and distribute the material through this particular website. Purchased Titles which are legally downloaded by downloadmusic.gr to its users are the property of the said Providers of the Material, the Record Companies, and are made available to end users solely for their personal use. Legitimate customers may freely reproduce the Digital Music Files for their own personal use, store them or record them up to five times (solely for personal use) on their own electronic equipment, hard disk, personal computer or other storage unit (CD, DVD, floppy disc, storage devices, digital players, media players, iPod, mp3 players, et. al), solely for private and n on-commercial use.
Any other type of copying, reproduction, further distribution in any form (including via internet) whether open or closed forum, webpage, internet site, peer-to-peer, etc. is strictly forbidden, as is any public performance or recording of the said digital recordings or Samples thereof, without prior written authority from the Recording Companies. The Digital Music Files are protected by the copyright law and violators will be prosecuted.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of providing quality services, visitors/users are required to provide, during their membership registration, certain data to ensure the safety and efficiency of their transactions. The management of these personal data is governed by the conditions of Greek law on the protection of personal data (law 2472/1997, currently in force) and by the relevant provisions of European Union law. The Legal Beneficiary, within this legal framework, retains the right to change the terms of that protection after informing visitors/users on this website.

IMPLEMENTATION OF LAW-AUTHORITY-FINAL PROVISIONS
This usage contract is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of European Union Law and relevant international conventions and are interpreted according to the rules of good faith, commercial ethics and the economic and social purpose of copyright.
If any specific term in this contract is cancelled it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms, but simply ceases to be valid on its own. No amendment of the terms of this contract will be taken into consideration nor will it be included in the said contract unless it has been set out in writing and incorporated within it.
The Athens Courts are the relevant authority for settling any differences arising from the implementation of this contract.
